what’s new – week of oct. 9

welcome to thetri.org.

It is the week of October 9th-15th. There are a number of new things to talk about on the site this week, but its week 2 of Fair Trade Month, so let’s start there. If you don’t yet know what FT is, we, along with our partners (Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps, Numi Tea, Annmarie Skin Care, Thrive Market and Sambazon Açaí), hope tri educate, inspire and empower you on the very near and very dear subject to us. In the featured posts area, you will find the articles:

  • what is fair trade? – defining FT as a concept
  • tri partners + fair trade – here you can find out how our partners participate in FT and why that matters
  • top ten reasons to support fair trade – gives the importance of why it should matter to you
  • how you can affect fair trade – educates you on one way you can participate in empowering FT, by voting with your dollars

To celebrate FT Month, the tri and our partners have put together a prize kit valued at over $1000 of products and memberships. All you have to do to enter to win is add your name and email and subscribe to our newsletter. We promise that we never spam and we only send interesting and valuable content that educates, inspires and empowers. We will be announcing the winner in November and sending out the prizes, so please subscribe as soon as you have a chance.

We would like to remind you that Catharsis on the Mall 2017 is coming up in November. Please take the time to check out the post on the R-Evolution project blog. It is an extraordinary project created by extraordinary people.

The tri is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which needs your help. We have added a donation feature to the site and we ask that you please make the effort to extend whatever you can afford to help us to continue to provide valuable empowering content and spread the message of unity consciousness through this site, our social media outlets and the numerous festivals we participate in by bringing you sustainable products and our series of informative lectures and discussions, the tri talks.

Thank you for your support and positivity,

the tri
