At the tri we share a vision of world peace in which loving each other as brothers and sister is our highest accomplishment. A world where each and every citizen holds the power in their hands to participate in their democracy by intentionally voting with their dollars. That is why on this World Day of Social Justice we want connect you with how you can be a leader in the social justice movement by how you spend your time, energy, and money.
Social justice is an underlying principle for peaceful and prosperous coexistence within and among nations. The International Labor Organization estimates that about 2 billion people live in fragile and conflict-affected situations, of whom more than 400 million are aged 15 to 29. The United Nations says that “Job creation, better quality jobs, and better access to jobs for the bottom 40 percent have the potential to increase incomes and contribute to more cohesive and equitable societies and thus are important to prevent violent conflicts and to address post-conflict challenges.”
So what does this mean?
How can we make a difference in the lives of 2 billion people living in fragile situations?
There are many ways you can get involved in social justice, but the easiest way is to “Vote With Your Dollars!” That is why the tri has partnered with some of the world’s leading conscious brands. We see the scope of impact these brands are creating with the money invested in their companies. If the whole world decided today to only invest in companies like our tri partners we would see a massive shift overnight in the quality of life for ALL of us. This is because conscious brands like theirs have a strong ethos rooted in equality, fair-trade, and environmental stewardship.

There is no inequality in man, except that which we have allowed being placed upon us by a divisive few. All persons deserve equal benefits and opportunities as are afforded to us by society. We believe that we have the same inalienable rights as human beings, absent of discrimination by sex, gender, race, creed, color, age, faith, or economic status. We are all sisters and brothers equal in the eyes of our Mother Earth. We are all ONE.
